How to find: correct or clear a "Visio Internal error" ??

I inadvertantly attempted to open a second visio(2003) file with one already
open. I got an error message dialog box that said: "Visio Internal Error
2132, Action 1002: open"
How do I clear this Error??? I re-started Visio(as it recommended) and I
get the same message ONLY when attempting to open the specific "second" file
mentioned above. All other files: it opens them without any problems.

Most likely some type of corruption in the file, if you cannot open the file
and do not have a backup copy the file is lost. You could test disabling
automated events in Visio under tools, options advanced before attempting to
open the file. At this time Microsoft does not have a tool to recover files
which have become corrupt.
