How to generate Percentage(%) Allocation report of enterprise reso

Presently I'm using Project professional 2003
I want to know the method that how to generate Percentage(%) Allocation
report of enterprise resources.

Presently I'm using a method with following steps
1. I have created a dummy schedule and add all the active resources with
help of Tools --> Build team from Enterprises.
2. Go to Resource Sheet
3. Then add the Analysis toolbar and click on Analyze Timescaled data in
excel
4. Then Add the field of Percentage Allocation and export the data into excel.

Is this a right method or is there any other method to generate a percentage
allocation report for all the active resources ??

If any then please guide me with steps.
