How to open a shared exchange calendar in Entourage

Hello,

I have given permission in Outlook 2007 for my calendar to another user
(using entourage 2008)
.. He tries to open my shared exchange calendar in entourage now, but it
fails. We have entered the user in ³Open folder of other user...² menue and
set calendar in the drop down menu, but we only receive the message: Folder
of the user couldn¹t open. User Mailbox doesn¹t exist. (I am using german
software so the translation is not exact)

Does anyone have a solution?

After selecting File --> Open Other User's Folder... have you clicked
the little Address Book icon and tried any of the Advanced options
available for connecting?
