How to quickly add 'Resources' to a task ???

1. any way to dragndrop (dnd) multiple (or even one at a time on top of
others for same task) resources to a task... am able to dnd (1) resource from
'resource sheet' to 'gantt chart' (with those multiple project screens open)
but cant do same with additional resources except by copynpast (cnp) which is
a obviously a slower process.

would like to be able to dnd (or similar quick way) from a resource sheet
sorted and/or grouped chart instead of needing to use the drop down menu
which shows all of the resources (have fairly large list of 'materials' for
construction projects) in one large list display that may be grouped or
filtered for selection.

any ideas ?

Thanks again for your help.

Try using the Assign Resources icon from the toobar. It looks like two heads
one behind the other.
You can select multiple tasks, then select the assign resources icon and
assign multiple resources to multiple tasks in a few clicks.

There are options to filter the resource list so you are not scrolling
through too many at a time.

Jim
Thanks very much for the info.
Best way so far... just wish there was a way to group and then
expand/collapse at the 'assign resources' dialog box like when in the
'resource sheet' table view.
At least am able to use/work with that 'resource sheet' view to help
'remember' the groups for the 'assign resources' filter at the same time the
'assign' dialog box is open.
Thanks again for your help.
