Suppose the visitors of my website use the FP search component to search, how
can i find out the search phrases which they enter in the search component?

Not possible via FP. If you have access to your server log files for your domain, it might be
recorded there.

I tried View>Reports>usage>search strings but there was displayed "there is
no usage data available for this web, because it has not been published to a
server that supports usage analysis"

This function is not related to the FP search component.

That would indicate the server needs to be configured for that. Contact
your host.

FYI: FP's Usage Analysis component only supported on Windows IIS web servers.
