How does one save the window layout of Project Pro 2007 on closing, such
as column width and location, so that it returns as it was left? It
worked by default in Project Pro 2003.

Hello Sliderbot,

Sorry, I can't reproduce what you report. If I adjust column widths
and other view definition information in a project file, save, close
and re-open, it looks just as it did when I closed it.

Can you give a bit more information? Are you connected to a project
server?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Yes, we are connected to a Project Server. Anything I need to change as
a result?

Hi Sliderbot,

I do not use Project Server, but I believe the views that appear in
Project Professional are controlled through the Enterprise Gantt
chart. You may want to post that specific question -- how to change
view definitions for Project Prof. when connected to server to the
server newsgroup.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
