How to set up an LDAP global address book in Outlook?

I am looking for a guide on how to set up an LDAP global address book for
our Outlook users. Currently all our users are running Windows XP, the
majority of those are running Office XP, with the exception of a few users
that are running Office 2003; we also run Windows 2000 server. If anyone
can point me to a simple guide I would appreciate it.
