HTML formatting problem

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Power PC Email Client: pop I just upgraded to Microsoft Office 2008 from Office X and I'm using Entourage.

When I format an email in HTML and select and change a text line to a specific HTML format (bold, color, underline, etc.), all following text defaults to same HTML formatting even though not selected.

When composing the HTML format it looks correct, but when email is sent it is incorrect.

Didn't have this problem in previous version of Entourage.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Do you mean the receiver says it¹s wrong. Where are you seeing it¹s
incorrect?

Yes. the receiver sees it incorrect and I can view as incorrect in my "Sent Items".

Let¹s get rid of the Microsoft X fonts on your system and clear caches. Make
sure Office X in Applications is deleted. Next, check your User¹s
Library/Fonts folder and delete all fonts there. Last, download Font Nuke
and delete font caches.

Office 2008 installs all fonts in the root Library/Fonts/Microsoft folder.

I would use Font Book to check for other font problems. See this article for
help.
