[Need some help with error message]

Is anyone aware of how to correct this?

WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in

Thanks for the suggestion Anne. I will review but I already attempted a
fresh install and it did not resolve the problem.

Reinstalling rarely solves problems because it does not overwrite your
personal settings (Normal.dot, the Windows Registry) or clear the Startup
folder(s), and those are the sources of most common problems.
