I am looking for a While you were out template to use in Outlook

I want a replacement for the old paper message pad. We have tried a WYWO
application but I would prefer users to only go to Outlook for email and
phone messages. I found a listing for one in Office 97. Is there a newer
one?

The one for Outlook 97 works fine in Outlook 2003 - I use it here all the
time.
