I cannot print e-mails

My computer has stopped printing e-mails. It prints Google information and
Documents ok but when i try to print e-mails it keeps coming up Internet
Explorer has encountered a problem and has to close, tell Microsoft about
this.
Could you please help me. Im using a Dell Computer linked to a HP Photosmart
C4480 printer.

Microsoft Office database software "Microsoft Access".

You'll need to talk to whoever provides your email service; from your error
message it appears that you're using a webmail interface. Contact the tech
support on that webpage.
