I keep trying to insert a clip art and my application locks up

I have been opening up both word and power poit to search for a clip art.
Every time I do the application locks up, 100 cpu usage, first time ever
happened

Empty your temporary cache and try again. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.
