I want to designate a time of day that an event occurs in MS Proje

I am using MS-Project to build a disaster recovery model and all of the steps
that must occur to get the systems up and running at a disaster recovery
site. I want to designate the the disaster occurs at 2:00 PM on the day of
the disaster. Several activities will be triggered by the event. THose
triggered events can last from 10 minutes to an hour.So I want the original
event to have an actual time of day from which to build the scenario.

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

I'm not sure what your questions is. However, I suggest you go to
Tools/Options.../View tab, and at the top, select a Date format that
includes times.
