iis and XPhome edition

hi all,
dont realy know which subject to post this in, so i have cross posted it.
i am running xp pro, but a friend of mine is running xp-home edition and he
can not find iis on it.
can any one help, he wants to use it but cant find it, do XP-HOME EDITION
have it, and if so where?
any help welcome.

He has now installed APACHIE and it is running great, mind you he had to put
a shourtcut in the tsartup folder so it would start with windows....

4.0) of Microsoft Personal Web Server (PWS). Users that need Web server
functionality in a desktop operating system should use Windows XP
Professional.
