Image quality problem on form

Hi

I have included an embedded jpeg picture on the startup form of my database;
it's the only pic in my database and seems to work fine when I open the
database in the copy of Access I have on my local machine. However, when I
open the database in the Access in my Citrix environment, the quality of the
picture on the form has degraded noticeably. I have no control over software
installed on the Citrix server farm, so is there a way to improve the quality
of the displayed pic when I'm using it in Citrix (as I will mostly be)? Both
versions of Access are 2000, I have Adobe Photoshop, Paint etc on my local
machine but we don't have so much as a copy of Paint on Citrix - not sure if
that's relevent.

I read some posts about linking pictures etc, but I'm not sure if that would
solve the problem. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Martyn

You may find that colours have been set to a lower resolution in the Citrix
environment display settings.

Thanks Steve

I did wonder if it was down to something like that. As the Citrix farm is
not controlled directly by us and no functionality is lost from the database
itself, I gues I'll just have to live with it.
