Ineternet Explorer

I am having a very strange problem. For some reason when I
try to go on line with Internet Explorer I get an error
message that says cannot find the web site. However, if I
use Netscape the web site loads fine. I can use my Outlook
and Outlook express with no problem but Internet Explore
just doesn't work, and I have made no changes to my
settings in anyway. I do not know where to go to find a fix
or to figure out what is wrong. can anyone help me?

Your cache is probably full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
