Insert Business Card into Email on Windows Live Hotmail

How do I insert a copy of my business card into an email on Windows Live
Hotmail? I have received an example of a business card with a .vcf extension
(which is Virtual Card File) in an email. I think you can import a card with
a .vcf extension in Outlook and then put it into an email. The issue is
complicated by the fact that my business card is a .pub 2000 file and I don't
use Outlook 2000 for email but Windows Live Hotmail with a .msn extension.
Can anyone walk me through the process step by step to accomplish my goal?
