insert photos in word 2008

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel am trying to create a instruction sheet with text and photos. when i add the photo all the text is pushed below the insertion.
on some lines i wish to add two or there small photos and have the text wrap.
probably simple but at the moment i don't get it.
help appreciated

Hi,

Go to Word > Preferences.
Click the Edit button
Where it says "Insert/paste pictures as" click the pop-up
Change "In Line with Text" to "Square" or whichever behavior you desire.
The "In Line with Text" is the one you DON'T want.
