Insert SWF file into word.

Hi, I'm trying to insert a shock wave file (SWF) into a
Word Document, but I'can't see this file the only thing
that i see is a blank square. I want that this file runs
automatically every time that this word document is opened.

Any help or pointers would be gratefully recieved.
