Inserting Pages into Templates

I am using a Proposal template (in word) and need to insert extra pages into
the body of the document that keeps the template form/pattern. I can insert
blank white pages but need to "extend" the template. How do you do that!

Ctl-Enter will insert a page break (and therefore a new, blank page).
