I am in the process of installing Microsoft Office XP,
when Error 1311 shows up. It states that the source
file "Office1.cab" cannot be found. It also mentions
that "Verify that the file exists and you can access
it." I determined that the file is there. I am assuming
this is may be occuring because of some setting that
Windows XP Professional has. How to go about fixing this
problem?
