Installing XP SP3 on Student Edition

Hi All,
I wanted to install Office XP SP3 on a student edition but am failing. The
update process always requests PRORET.MSI on the original CD, whcih I cannot
find there (as I said, I am running the student edition).
We tried everything: Re-installing Office, downloading SP3 from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...FamilyID=e25b7049-3e13-433b-b9d2-5e3c1132f206
and installing it from there etc. Alawys the same problem.
Does anybody have a suggestion how to solve this?

You must have the cd.

Hi Tom,
thank you for your answer. It seems that I was not clear enough: I have the
CD but the requested file is not on there (it is a student edition) and it
definitely is the CD office was installed from
