interface is not registered

Hello,

We have Office 2003

If I want to mail directly from word or excel rechtstreeks I get an
notification:
Interface is not registered.


If I want to send with outlook, I get an notification "Microsoft Word
is the e-maileditor. Word is not available, not
installed or there is an other version than outlook. In stead of word is
outlok the e-mail editor. Error in OLE-registration.

please help.

Locate your OLE32.DLL file. The default folder for this file is
C:\Windows\System32. Click on Start | Run. In the "Open" box, type:

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\ole32.dll

If necessary, replace "c:\windows\system32" with the actual path to the
ole32.dll file on your computer. You only have to run this command once
(not every time you start the computer). Exit. Reboot. Do you still
get the error message?
