Internal Error 2755

Hi,

I'm facing problems with the installation of Office 2K.
Whenever I try to install the software, it gives the
following error message: -

Internal Error 2755: Please contact product support for
assistance.

And then the installation gets aborted.

I'm running Windows NT SP6. I've Internet Explorer 6
installed on my system. I was using Office 97 previously.
I've tried installing Office 2000 over Office 97 but that
also failed. Then I uninstalled Office 97 completely and
tried to install Office 2K. But that also gave the same
error.

Please help me out ASAP.
