iPhone recognizes the exchange account, but Entourage doesn't

Hi all,

My client asked me to configure his exchange account on Entourage '08
I figured that he probably doesn't run Exchange 2007 as the owa looks a bit old and it doesn't support autodiscovery.

But it works on his iPhone without setting a domain.
Now the point is that I can't get it to work in Entourage, Mail or Outlook

Any ideas?

Entourage and the iPhone use two completely different protocols to
communicate with Exchange. Successfully connecting to one isn't
necessarily an indicator that you can connect with the other.

Is this a hosted Exchange account? What are the settings? Does the
service provider support Entourage?
