Is it ok to upload non mass consumption template for MS Access?

I'd like to share specialized conversion tool for MS Access 2000-2007. This
tool converts some data from one special format to another. This tool is not
for everyone's use, but just for few professionals. It may be used by 100
users at most I guess. Are on-line Templates for Microsoft Office still a
good place to share such tool? Technically it is updated and working version
of SSURGO soils data to MapWindow SWAT conversion tool. It is similar to
http://www.nriai.nrcs.usda.gov/technical/analysis/swatsurgo/ , which is quite
outdated.

Honestly, just my gut feeling, but its probably okay to post a template that
only a few people will use. The world of Microsoft Office users is vast and
varied, so I think its okay to put it out there. There are many "POWER" or
"PRO" users who often download templates; they need help to! So, I say SURE.
As long as your templates work, then I think you are good to go.
