Is there a protocol checklist available in templates? you have so.

I need to do a checklist for a VIP coming to a luncheon we have.. do you know
if there is a template available that I can use? ie: does he have to make a
speech? Yes... if so... what on? What time should he arrive / leave, what
should he wear? Who will be greeting him when he arrives? Who is attending?
Will he need to present a gift or be there for an opening ceremony? etc
etc...
