Is There A Way To Get Rid of Paste Icon?

A

Alls Quiet

Whenever I "CTRL + X" (Cut) in WORD 2010, and then "CTRL + V" (Paste),
an icon obscures my pasted text, requesting further action, even if
the paste is perfect as is. I therefore always have to hit the Space
Bar, or just a random letter, in order to get (what I call) the "mini-
clipboard icon" to disappear. If someone can help me get rid of this
absolute annoyance in WORD 2010, I would dearly love to hear how.
Thank you.

Thank you! I will let the group know if it "took." Thank you again.
