Junk Filter Stopped Working

Just this week, my junk email filter stopped working. I have checked all the
necessary settings and they are all correct. It's turned on, and there is a
large list of items set in the junk filter rule.

Can any give me some suggestions how to get my junk email filter working
again?

I am using Office 2003 with all the updates.
