Hi,

I have had a problem for quite some time with getting directory access to my
Exchange Server. My company¹s IT group just upgraded to Exchange 2007 and
that did not resolve my issue either. As far as I can tell, directory
access should just work once I¹ve configured Entourage 2008 to connect to my
Exchange Server.

All the other functions of Entourage work as advertised. I no problem
accessing email or my calendar. I access my contacts as well. I just can¹t
seem to connect to LDAP. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,

Julian

Hi Julian!

Your LDAP server address should be pointing to a Global Catalog server
in your network.

These instructions are for Entourage 2004 but still apply for 2008
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>.

Hope this helps!
