Links disabled in email

[PatFerr]

Somehow, all the links in my emails have become disabled, and when I click on
them, I get an error that tells me that "this operation has been cancelled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator". I am the system administrator, I am logged on as system
administrator, so I don't understand why this is happening all of a sudden.
Any thoughts? I can't seem to find any answers. Thanks in advance.
