loadperf error eventID: 2002

I am using an application that runs on our Multi Function Printer that sends
email through the outlook client on the applications Server. The application
occasionally hangs and i recieve this error in the applications Server:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: LoadPerf
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2002
Date: 12/17/2008
Time: 1:42:00 PM
User: N/A
Computer: DEMOPC
Description:
The MOF file created for the Outlook service could not be loaded. The error
code returned by the MOF Compiler is contained in the Record Data. Before the
performance counters of this service can be collected by WMI the MOF file
will need to be loaded manually. Contact the vendor of this service for
additional information.


Can someone please help me to resolve this issue?
