I have Project Server 2003 and WSS 2.0 SP2 installed on Windows 2003 Standart Edition domain controller.
I can work with PWA from DC without any troubles.
When I use PWA from any other PC in domain, I can see only PWA Home Page. But I get login window, when try access Task
or Project pages.

In Event Log, I have records about successful login, but in IIS log I have 401 HTTP status for objects in /_vti_bin and
/msadc.

For all Virtual directory configured Integrated security.

For /_vti_bin i can solve problem using anonymous access, but it isn't good idea.

1. KB article #300432 : "It is recommended that you run IIS on either a
member server of a domain, or a workgroup server (where no domain is
present)." This statement shows up on any KB article that includes the
keywords IIS and DC.
2. From WSS documentation: "In order for the permissions for Windows
SharePoint Services to be configured correctly, Internet Information
Services (IIS) and Windows SharePoint Services must be installed to the
domain controller after it is promoted to domain controller. If you
have already installed IIS and Windows SharePoint Services to a
computer, and you now need to make that computer a domain controller,
you must uninstall IIS and Windows SharePoint Services, promote the
computer to domain controller, and then reinstall IIS and Windows
SharePoint Services. For more information about running IIS on a domain
controller, see the IIS documentation."
3. Webcast "Successfully Running IIS on at Domain Controller"

Hope this helps,
