Long Speaker Notes - Printing problem

Other than exporting to Microsoft Word, is there a way of printing long
speaker notes. On a number of slides, my speakers notes go beyond the page
(i.e. even at only one slide per page, the end of the notes is missing).

The only other option, really, is to create a duplicate slide.
Unfortunately, there's not a mechanism in PPT to continue to print notes on
a separate page.
