Losing Reference

Hi,

My database has a reference to Microsoft Office XP Web Components. When I
copy it to network, and when I open the database from the network, it shows
the reference in the available references list. However, when users copy the
database to their local drive, they lose this reference. So whenever they
make a copy of the database, they have to reset this reference.

Any idea why this happens and how to fix it permanently?
