Magic Time and Time Zone changes on my Calendar

Well, it is not good magic!
Two things are happening and I have a third issue.

I am running Entourage 12.2.1 on a 2.4 MBP with 4 gig memory and OSX
10.6.1.

I sync my calendar with a Blackberry Storm and a new IPod Nano. This issue
was going on before I used the Nano.

I find that some, but not all of my scheduled appointments will change to a
Casablanca time Zone even though they were set on Central Standard time.
I also find that some will jiust change the time of the appointment and not
the time Zone.

I found how I can change the time Zone on individual appointments... But I
just can't have it randomly changing the time.. Or the time Zone for that
matter.

All devices re set up for the Central Time Zone.

Help?

My last issue is that I can no longer add things to my spelling directory in
any of my Office for Mac applications...
As an example, while my nick name of Dunc does get prompted to change it to
Dunce or Dunk...
The "add" choice in spelling is grayed out.

Help on this issue too Please...

I have not seen a reply to these questions...
Any ideas out there on how to resolve them?
