Mailbox and Mail folders - Limit size

B

Barbican

We are using outlook 2007 and received a lot of email. To make sure we don't
store to many email on our computer, we would like to know how we could set
up a limit on the size of email we can keep in the mailbox and the mail
folders(when we use mailbox cleanup, we can see 1 computer already reach 2GB).
Please can you let me know how to set up the limit like this they will
receive a message when their mailbox is over the limit. At the moment it
seems that we don't have any limit.
