making a xsn file

iam making an xsn file through commandline makecab /f filename.ddf (why
because my PL asked me to). instead of saving it from infopath and making an
xsn file.

when i try to open the resulting xsn file it gives me the following error

Error 1)

its driving me crazy which xml file should i refer to
manifest or resource or template ,,

for the time being iam creating an xsn file by saving it from infopath, i
have a link(webservice to post the document to) in a file called resource.xml
i have an html file which through jscript will try to connect to the
webservice ...

the problem is that i always get an error saying the unable to connect to
the server....

oh i almost forgot all these file are that iam refering are the files of
Recurting accelerator...
pls need he,lp urgent been working on this for almost a week.
