Marcar citação

Não encontro o botão 'Marcar citação'. Vou ao separador Referências, secção
Citaçoes e Bibliografia. Como fazer? Alguém me pode dizer como? Obrigado

"Mark Citation" is on the "References" tab alright, but it is in the "Table
of Authorities" group (entirely to the right), not in the "Citations &
Bibliography" one.
