Material resource in Enterprise resource pool from a sharepoint l

In our organisation we have hundreds of materials and each of them has
multiple specifications. This material resource is controlled by a group othr
than project managers. is there a way enterprise resource pool gets the
material resources from a web service that in our case is a sharepoint list
