Meeting request sent from wrong account

Hi i have a user when sending meeting requests from one account (positional
account) in outlook 2003 (exchange 2003) the meeting requests come from his
personal account.
ie he opens the positional outlook profile and all mail is sent from this
profile however when he sends a meeting request it appears to come from his
personal profile. The sent item shows up in the positional account however
all returned mail is delievered to his personal mailbox
has anyone seen this happen before and/or how do i fix it
