I am trying to use the message recall feature in Outlook
2000 through an Exchange 2000 server. Both have the
latest service packs. I have tested sending a message to
a recipient on my internal network also on Outlook 2000.
The recipient had outlook open to the inbox but had not
had the preview pane open or have the message marked as
read in any way.
Not only did my recall fail, it showed on the recipient
side that the recall was attempted.
What can be done to have recall success?
