Microsoft Outlook 2000 error

I cannot seem to keep Outlook open on our server. Dr. Watson keeps coming up
and says an application error has occurred. It also says:

Exception: access violation (0xc0000005)
Address: 0x3f99a142

What in the world does this mean? I cannot find anything on it anywhere!
What is it and what can
I do about it?
