Hi,

I haven't been able to locate the TOOL menu. I tried to add it to the menu bar by doing the following:
-Control+Right-click on toolbars
-Customize toolbars and menus
but I can't find it in the list provided.

When I go to Commands it's in the list of categories but I have not been able to drag it to my menu bar. I had to drag the "Set language" icon in the standard toolbar so I can use it in the future. But I don't want to drag all the icons (under Tool menu) in another toolbar!!!

Please help me cause I'm in despair. I use multiple languages and I often use this tool menu to check grammar and spelling, and track changes.

Thanks for your help.

You're trying to drag Tools from the category list which can't be done :)
That's just a list of commands that are in the Tools category.

Select the Built-in Menus category then drag Tools> from the Commands list.
