Modifying templates

How do I modify a resume template to fit with the information I have? Some
templates have too much in the body part that I don't need, i.e. too many
sections for work experience, qualifacations, etc.

Most (if not all) of the templates for resumes are just tables. Turn on the
table gridlines and delete out the rows you don't need.
