Greetings from Downunder
Could anyone please tell me what Codec I need to enable ".mov" files from my
Kodak camera to run in PowerPoint, and where I can get it?
Using Windows XP Pro + SP2, and Office XP
All help always appreciated

Are you sure it's a Quicktime movie? Did the description of your camera say
so? Very often cameras add the wrong extension to the videos they produce.
In this case (and not with videos from other sources) you might try changing
the .mov to .avi or .mpg and try again to insert the video into your
presentation. If it is really a Quicktime .mov, it can only be linked in PC
versions of PowerPoint and inserted in Mac versions.

Best regards,
Ute

Thank you all for your help.
I have now obtained a conversion programme that outputs as a .wmv file, and
this seems to work.
