Moveing Master Plan and resource pool

I am currently setting up a company Master project plan. Getting on quite
well but before I get too far down the line I need a question answered.
The majority of sharer plans are now on my PC, I access other off the
server, I have created a Resource Pool . Once finished I intend to place in a
shared directory on the server for all to use - will this cause me problems
with links if I move plans around to different locations ?

Hi,

YES! Moving any files rolls a dice and if you're unlucky, one or more files
will corrupt. If you have all files in the same folder and move at the same
time you should be OK.

I always recommend never ever linking, but automating creating new masters
each week by inserting files with the Link option OFF. This consolidates
Resource data as well.
