Moving from Office 2001 to X

I've got Office 2001 installed and not have several questions about moving
to v.X :

1. Can Office 2001 & X exist together? I use Classic/OS9 very little (apart
from running Office!) but doubtless as soon as I move to Office X I'll get
an OS9-based project where I'll want Office in OS9.

2. How do I uninstall Office 2001? I think I re-run the installer. Problem
is, after searching through the many many CDs in my office I can't find my
Office install CD. Is there a manual remove if I can't find the
(un)installer program?

3. Any other gotchas, before I make the move?
