I am very familiar with installation, customization, and
troubleshooting of Outlook 2003, but for the life of me can't figure
out how to move Outlook profiles between machines. You can move the PST
files, thats easy. But where are the mail server settings stored? Is
there a way to transfer that to a new machine?
We have quite a few Windows XP machines loaded with Outlook 2003 that
we're going to replace with newer hardware (running XP & OL2003 as
well), and I'm trying to find out how I can move a user's Outlook
profile to their new machine.
Most of our users have multiple POP or IMAP accounts and PST files
configured for their profiles.
Any help would be much appreciated.
