Moving Outlook data between hosted Exchange provider issues

Hi,

I have been using hosted Exchange for the last couple of years provided
by a third party accessed via RPC over HTTPS and due to a new job am
moving to another third party Exchange provider.

My mailbox is currently around 400Mb and up till now have been using
Outlook 2007 which I intend to continue using.

I tried to export my mailbox using File > Import/Export > Export to file
Personal Folder File (.pst) and select complete mailbox including sub
folders. This creates a .pst archive of about 400Mb containing my
mailbox. I then changed the mail account settings to point to the new
hosted Exchange account and imported the .pst archive up to the server.

All mail/contact/calender items are there as before BUT:

1) The categories/colouring information has been lost... I use this
extensively to organize things.

2) No upcoming appointments are shown in the To Do bar, I have it set to
show upcoming ones but Outlook does not seem to pick these up from the
imported data.

3) Task items are shown in the task pane but the corresponding linked To
Do items have disappeared.

Is there a way to export the mailbox while retaining all the above info
so that I can import it to another Exchange account?

Thanks for any help anyone can shed on this.

Regards,
Colin
